The first event of the Budapest Chapter was held in a lovely no waste restaurant, Bistro No Waste ("A place where you can eat your plate."), a sustainable restaurant. Participants could get an insight into the operation of the place and taste the meals they offer. The lunch was a great opportunity to learn about a restaurant where 80% of the food is from local producers and more than 70% is from bio products. Next to reuniting with friends participants also got a chance to network.
